Crafted by the legendary Weingut Joh Jos Prüm, from their famed Sonnenuhr vineyard, this Riesling Auslese has all the purity and elegance you’d expect from this estate. Grapes were left on the vines for longer than usual, allowing them to become overripe and develop more highly concentrated, supple and textured flavours that translate beautifully into the final wines. There’s a touch of botrytis on the palate here, but one that is seamlessly integrated, offering just a hint of ginger and candied fruit.
