Domaine Georges Roumier is based in Chambolle-Musigny. Here, it produces some of Burgundy’s most highly rated and sought-after wines. The 2023 Bonnes Mares was comprised of four parcels this year, adding to its ever-impressive complexity. Blackberry and blueberry flavours lead the fruit, but are balanced with subtle mineral and stone notes. 75% whole bunch fermentation was used.
