This is always an excellent performer, made only from the best fruit of Faiveley’s 10 hectares of 50- to 75-year-old vines. There’s a wonderful purity of red cherry and strawberry fruit here, framed by creamy, melting tannins and a subtle touch of oak spice. This is charming, perfumed and seductive.
