The Sylvain Cathiard estate produces some of Burgundy’s most exceptional wines. This is fresh, bright, and textural, with lovely saline notes and intense flavors of lemon and grapefruit zest. The finish is longer than might be expected for an Aligoté, and is immensely pleasurable.
