Wiston Estate is one of England’s finest sparkling wine producers, based within the rolling chalk hills of West Sussex. Its Cuvée Brut has been crafted to mirror the finest Champagnes, using a mix of 35% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier and undergoing lees ageing for eight months to create toasted brioche flavours in the final wine. Between 20-30% of reserve wines dating back to 2009 are used each year. Every bottle is aged for three to five years before release, allowing complex and candied notes to develop, alongside a blend of green apple, lemon and butter flavours.
