Champagne Moët & Chandon, Rosé Impérial, Brut

Moët & Chandon is Champagne’s largest estate, and produces a number of its most famous wines. One of those is its house rosé Champagne, the Rosé Impérial. The blend is predominantly Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, with a little Chardonnay, resulting in a bright, zesty wine rich in flavours of wild strawberry, raspberry, cherry and rose. Between 20-30% of the blend each year comes from reserve wines, which add complexity to an already elegant bottle.
