Champagne Frédéric Savart, Bulle de Rosé, 1er Cru, Brut

The NV Extra-Brut Bulle de Rosé is terrific. Crushed red berry fruit, slate, minerals crushed rocks, dried herbs and rose petal are all laced together in a vinous yet weightless Rosé that sizzles with tension. Dosage of 3 grams per liter adds mid-palate pliancy without dominating the wine’s s balance. Bright veins of salinity extend the finish effortlessly. This release is 65% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 5% still red Pinot. Dosage is 3 grams per liter. Disgorged: July, 2023. Drink: 2022-2028.
