A famous name that is currently showing wonderfully, this delicious Champagne boasts a vivacious nose of lime, violets, lilac and soft dried apricots. The mouthfeel is silky smooth, with fleshy apricots, ripe melon and rum-cake nuances. This would wonderful as an aperitif, but also will pair well with simple savoury dishes.
