Champagne Charles Heidsieck, Blanc de Blancs, Brut

Charles Heidsieck was one of the first Champagne Houses to produce a Blanc de Blancs, with records of their first bottle dating back to 1949. To create this, the winery brings together grapes from 10 of the most sought-after crus in Champagne, and up to 25% reserve wine is added. Once made, the wine ages for three to four years in the Charles Heidsieck cellars. The result is a Blanc de Blancs that’s bold, elegant and delicate, true to the Charles Heidsieck style, but with the marked notes of mature Chardonnay: candied citrus, fresh hazelnut and honeysuckle aromas.
