For one exceptional evening, enjoy a bespoke omakase experience created to showcase the depth, precision, and elegance of seven distinctive Bollinger Champagnes. Hosted by Cyril Delarue, a sixth-generation member of the Bollinger family and Global Sales Director for Champagne Bollinger, this intimate dinner offers guests a rare opportunity to explore the House’s signature Pinot Noir-driven style through a luxurious progression of pairings.
Expect a graceful progression of flavor and texture: fine mousse, citrus lift, red berry nuance, layered orchard fruit, savory depth, and the unmistakable richness that defines Bollinger at the table.

There will be a Champagne reception to start at 7:30pm. We will sit down for dinner at 8:00pm.

In the event you need to cancel, we will issue full refunds up to 7 days prior to the event (October 13th). No refunds will be issued after October 13th. Tickets are transferable.
