  - #1 Wine of 2025
  - Fall Reds
With fall drawing in, now is a great time to pick up some new red wines to be enjoyed as the days get colder and shorter. Here, you’ll find a selection of our seasonal favorites, including bottles from Loire, Barolo, and beyond.
  - Tuscan Wines
The IGT (Indicazione Geografica Tipica) Tuscany wine classification was introduced in 1992 to allow winemakers more flexibility than the strict DOC and DOCG classifications. It enables using traditional and non-traditional grape varieties and experimenting with winemaking techniques and has played a significant role in developing Super Tuscan wines.
  - Champagne Pierre Péters
The loquacious and extremely likeable Rodolphe Péters of Champagne Pierre Péters is one of the most highly respected champagne growers in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, where 12 of his 17 hectares are located. The style of Le Mesnil Champagnes, differing markedly from more gentle siblings from villages such as Cramant, focuses on mineral power and capacity to age. Péters is the master of this art; a full malolactic fermentation and moderately high fermentation temperatures serve to tame the steely acidity of the wines, but in no way diminishes their inherent power and potential to develop over the medium to long term. The non-vintage bottlings always incorporate a significant proportion- up to 40% - of reserve wine assembled over decades by saving back a portion of each year's blend and adding it to a solera.

- By region
  - Burgundy
The region is home to some of the world's finest Grand Cru and Premier Cru wines, commonly called 'Burgundies'. Made from Pinot Noir, the reds are dry and full-bodied with silky tannins. Conversely, using Chardonnay to produce whites helps generate elegant, complex, and citrussy wines with fresh butter and toast notes.
  - Bordeaux
Bordeaux is arguably the world’s best-known fine wine region. Here, legendary producers make classically-constructed, age-worthy wines that nearly always benefit from time in the cellar to draw out their full potential. Discover our range of Bordeaux for your cellar below.
  - Rhône
The Rhône Valley has been home to wine production for centuries. The region contains several star appellations, from Hermitage and Côte-Rôtie in the North to Vacqueyras and Gigondas in the south, with many producing elegant, age-worthy wines that are becoming increasingly prized by collectors.
  - Italy
Italy’s ancient soils, quality indigenous grapes and rich viticultural heritage make it a go-to choice for many fine wine lovers. From Super Tuscan wines to those of Brunello, Barbaresco and Barolo, there is a plethora of cellar-worthy wines here to delight any collector.
  - Spain
Spain’s fine wine market is fast expanding and gaining increased demand as it does so. Rioja has long been regarded as amongst the world’s most collectable regions; now, Ribera del Tuero, Toro and more.

Rich and intensely flavoured, these wines can be savoured on their own or paired perfectly with cheeseboards to warm up cold winter evenings.
  - Large formats
A mature magnum may be just the thing for those looking for a bottle to impress once opened. Larger formats allow fine wine to age slowly, ensuring the full complexity of flavours. The wines below have now reached their drinking window, making them ideal for sharing.
- By grape
  - Riesling
Few grapes capture both delicacy and intensity like Riesling. Celebrated for its perfumed aromatics and razor-sharp acidity, this noble variety is capable of a remarkable range: from bone-dry, mineral-driven whites to unctuous, long-lived sweet wines. Whether grown on the slate slopes of Germany, the volcanic hills of Alsace, or the sunlit vineyards of the New World, Riesling expresses a sense of place like no other grape.
  - Sauvignon Blanc
An important white grape in Bordeaux and the Loire Valley that has now found fame in New Zealand and now Chile. It thrives on the gravelly soils of Bordeaux and is blended with Sémillon to produce fresh, dry, crisp Bordeaux Blancs, as well as more prestigious Cru Classé White Graves. It is also blended with Sémillon, though in lower proportions, to produce the great sweet wines of Sauternes. It performs well in the Loire Valley and particularly on the well-drained chalky soils found in Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé, where it produces bone dry, highly aromatic, racy wines, with grassy and sometimes smoky, gunflint-like nuances.
  - Chardonnay
Chardonnay is arguably the most versatile white grape variety in the world. Grown globally and beloved for its adaptability, it can produce wines that range from crisp and mineral to rich and opulent. It thrives in a wide range of soils but performs best in limestone-rich terroirs, such as those found in Chablis, Champagne, and the Côte d'Or.
  - Pinot Noir
Pinot Noir is probably the most frustrating and, at times, infuriating wine grape in the world. However, when it is successful, it can produce some of the most sublime wines known to man. This thin-skinned grape, which grows in small, tight bunches, performs well on well-drained, deepish limestone-based subsoils. It is more susceptible than other varieties to overcropping - concentration and varietal character disappear rapidly if yields are excessive, and yields as little as 25hl/ha are the norm for some climats of Burgundy's Côte d'Or.
  - Nebbiolo
Nebbiolo is the grape behind the Barolo and Barbaresco wines and is hardly ever seen outside the confines of Piedmont. It takes its name from "nebbia" which is Italian for fog, a frequent phenomenon in the region. A notoriously pernickety grape, it requires sheltered south-facing sites and performs best on the well-drained calcareous marls to the north and south of Alba in the DOCG zones of Barbaresco and Barolo.

  - Unique Whiskies
Our Exceptional Casks collection is the pinnacle of our work as an independent bottler. Each contains a spirit of the highest quality but, more than that, it reflects a unique story that cannot be repeated. That might be a single celebrated cask from a bygone era, a rare legacy from a famous ‘ghost’, or an unusual barrel with a rare flavor profile. All these highly collectable drams have fascinating stories to tell. The latest in this collection marks a pivotal moment in our own history – the opening of our US business in Washington, DC. To celebrate, we’ve bottled two single Hogsheads which rank among the oldest and rarest whiskies we’ve bottled to date – a 46-year-old Teaninich and a 51-year-old ‘Secret’ Speyside. They both show ‘Washington, D.C. Edition’ on the label and are only available through our US business. We opened a bottle of each at our launch, so we have just 155 pairs remaining…

- By Type
  - Whiskies
We’ve been at the forefront of the whisky industry for centuries. Our first own-label cask bottling was in 1853, making us one of Britain’s oldest independent spirits bottlers - a tradition that we continue to this day. Our experts continue to curate a unmatched range of whiskies, that will delight both connoisseurs and newcomers alike.
  - Cognac
Cognac is a grape brandy produced in the French region of the same name. The permitted grape varieties include Ugni Blanc (predominantly), Folle Blanche and Colombard. According to the appellation regulations, Cognac must be distilled twice in traditionally shaped Charentais copper pot stills and aged at least two years in French oak.
  - Rum
Rum is made from sugarcane juice or molasses, one of the few strict rules regarding this versatile spirit. Our collection includes bottlings from the Caribbean, Central and South America, and islands in the Indian Ocean. Their styles vary from light and fruity to dark and rich.
  - Armagnac
Discover a range of Armagnacs that are rich, nuanced and steeped in history. These classic French spirits are produced from some of our favorite family-owned distilleries, many of which we have worked with for decades.
  - Gin
Gin has evolved into one of the most exciting and dynamic styles of spirits in recent years. In our selection below, you’ll see just how varied it is: an English truffle gin, a gin re-distilled with Peruvian Pisco and our flagship No.3 London Dry Gin.
  - All Spirits
We’re proud to have been behind the creation of some of the world’s finest spirits - from the King’s Ginger, created in 1903 for King Edward VII, to Cutty Sark Whisky and our award-winning gins. To this day, we pride ourselves on our extensive range of exceptional spirits, many created in collaboration with the world’s finest distilleries.
- Scotch Whisky
  - Highlands
The Scottish Highlands stand as one of the country’s prominent whisky-producing regions, boasting a rich tradition of distillation. Renowned for their diverse and unique characteristics, the whiskies benefit from the vast expanse of landscapes and varying microclimates within the region. The resulting flavours typically exhibit a delightful fusion of fruity, floral, and occasionally smoky notes.
  - Islay
Islay whisky is a distinctive style of Scotch whisky from the Isle of Islay, known for its peaty and smoky flavours. The island's maritime climate adds a briny quality to the whiskies. Famous distilleries like Ardbeg, Laphroaig, Lagavulin, and Bowmore produce sought-after single malts with powerful and complex flavours, making Islay whisky a captivating category within Scotch whisky.
  - Lowlands
Lowlands Whisky is a traditional Scottish whisky region known for producing light, delicate, and floral single malts. The whiskies are exceptionally approachable and versatile, characterised by smooth profiles with subtle notes of citrus, green apple, and grassy undertones. Ideal for sipping neat or sophisticated cocktails, they embody the region's refined and elegant whisky-making traditions.
  - Speyside
To some Speyside represents the jewel in whisky’s crown. Speyside is the home of legal whisky production and it’s best known examples. Around the world Glenlivet, Macallan, Glenfiddich, Glenrothes and Glenfarclas typify all that whisky, at it’s best has to offer.
