Eva’s 2024 Trocken is a gorgeous glass right from the start, the fruit has immediate impact yet there’s that familiar firm core of steely intensity that carries it all forward. An affable vintage; the wealth of white fruit, hint of honey, and in such volume, makes this irresistible. A firm favourite for the fridge, with its screwcap and Riesling’s durability once opened it lasts for days. Staggeringly good value too.
