Weingut Joh Jos Prüm has been once of Germany’s finest estates since its creation in 1911. It has a reputation for fine, pure expressions of Riesling, grown on extraordinarily steep slopes in the Mosel. This Kabinett is grown on the Sonnenuhr vineyard, the winery’s most prized and most famous. Sharp, with fresh pineapple and lemon notes, this is complex, juicy and persistent. It will benefit from being kept in bottle for a few years.
