Domaine Georges Roumier is based in Chambolle-Musigny. Here, it produces some of Burgundy’s most highly rated and sought-after wines. The “Les Cras” vineyard lies just north of Chambolle-Musigny. It produces a mineral-laden wine that drifts beautifully from the glass, with a rich bouquet of red berries, violets, chocolate and spice. Firm, peppery and energetic, this is a delight.
