2023 Bourgogne, Les Pellans, Domaine Pierre Vincent

A 1955 planting. Clear mid lemon yellow. Less immediately ripe, so a little more tension. There is a crystalline steely character across the palate with a fresh citrus overtone, and a long mineral finish. More reserved than the straight Bourgogne Blanc, a very different style of wine. Drink from 2026-2029.
