2023 Bourgogne Aligoté, Mitancherie, Domaine de Cassiopée

Domaine De Cassiopée is an incredibly exciting new estate in Burgundy, located in Sampigny-les Maranges, just south of Santenay – the extreme south of the Côtes de Beaune. The climate here is cooler than elsewhere in the region, resulting in some lovely, crystal-clear and pure wines. The Mitancherie is created from 30-year-old vines, and is an easy and expressive Aligoté, with vivid fruit.
