2023 Bourgogne Aligoté, En Gerlieus, Domaine de Cassiopée

The intense, mineral-driven En Gerlieus is crafted from grapes grown in Chassey-le-Camp, Burgundy. Vines here are protected by surrounding forests, and age between 40-100 years old. The winemaking here sets this Aligoté apart; while 60% goes to barrel, the remaining 40% is made in amphorae, adding edge and detail to the wine. Pair this with roasted white meats.
