A south-facing vineyard above Les Suchots, this is one of Jean-Pierre’s prized cuvées, a favourite every year. This wine is aged in 100% new wood. A combination of finesse, elegance, depth and power all together makes this cuvée quite the head turner. Pure fresh red fruit aromas alongside notes of flint and wet stones. There is a big tannic structure to this wine which is well balanced. A serious Aux Brûlées here with its very own style.
