2022 Les Perrières de Lafleur, Pomerol, Bordeaux

Château Lafleur is a tiny Pomerol estate, located just opposite the iconic Petrus, and producing wines of comparable quality. Soils here are particularly deep and rich in minerals, which translate through to intense, complex flavors in the wines. Les Perrières de Lafleur made its debut in 2014, as a new addition to the range. While still rich in the dark fruits and wonderful structure that are hallmarks of the state, it is more approachable in its youth than the rest of the range.
