This complex and silky Premier Cru Burgundy is a standout from the sixth-generation Bruno Clair. The Les Cazetiers Premier Cru site is renowned for its steep slopes and clay-limestone soils, which help bring forward a real mineral structure to its wines. The wine was aged for 18-20 months in oak barrel, 35% of which were new. Dark fruit and spice lead on flavour, alongside earthy undertones and a saline freshness.
