2020 Vosne-Romanée, Les Hautes Maizières, Vieilles Vignes, Domaine Bruno Clavelier, Burgundy

Made from 75 year old vines, growing on clay over crinoidal limestone. Noticeably darker purple with some garrigue notes which are typical here. A little fuller, a little firmer, especially the final tannins, but with a wealth of fruit to cover them. Deep dark raspberry makes up the long finish.
