This well-sited vineyard sits below Premier Cru Les Referts, close to the Meursault boundary. It’s the only Puligny in this cellar. The contrast with the palette of Meursaults is clear, especially in a year like 2020, which accentuates the commune’s minerality. A top-class village wine, there is an attack of lemony freshness and a cool stone, firm finish. Drink 2023-2032.
