This well-positioned village site is in the heart of the appellation, on the eastern side of the road below Premier Cru Champs Gains. The wine has a rich bouquet, indicative of the vintage, but this flows through to a deeply textured and creamier palate. It’ll tighten up with further barrel age, hinted at by the more structured finish.
