2019 Champagne Drémont & Savart Éphémère 026 BdB 1er Cru Extra Brut

Éphémère is a special project, born from a collaboration between Frédéric Savart and Drémont Père & Fils. The project aims to promote prime vineyards across the entirety of Champagne, which haven’t yet been shown the appreciation they deserve. 2025 is only the second year that the Lot 26 has been sold in the US. Crafted from 100% Chardonnay, this is an elegant Champagne, full of white flower, lemon zest and green apple flavours alongside toasted brioche notes. Pair it with oysters, sushi or light seafood dishes.
