2019 Bourgogne Passetoutgrain Vieilles Vignes Domaine Bruno Claveli...

Just racked to tank out of older barrels. 9 barrels across a hectare. One plot is old vines, mostly pinot with some gamay complanted. The other plot is all pinot from the 1920s. Brilliant bright pink purple with a very seductive fresh nose, quite lean in a soft raspberry style, less acidity at the back than sometimes. Bruno has used minimum extraction to avoid a tough structure from these ancient vines.
