Description

Rémi Edange was keen to point to the health of the vineyard soil and the domaine’s protected position, which helped to manage the maturation of the white grapes. This is a full-bodied Chevalier Blanc but still an admirably aromatic one, albeit more focused on warm scents like coriander and mace. A very complex wine. Drink 2023-2035.
