Adverse Weather Waiver

Adverse weather conditions may affect the safe delivery and quality of your wine order.

To protect your purchase, Berry Bros. & Rudd USA LLC ("BB&R") and St James Cellars LLC ("SJC") recommend delaying shipment until temperatures consistently fall between 32°F and 80°F. If you prefer to ship your order now, we strongly recommend selecting an expedited air shipping service to reduce transit time and exposure to extreme temperatures.

By accepting this Weather Waiver and electing to ship your order, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any loss, damage, deterioration, or spoilage caused by exposure to excessively high or low temperatures during transit and agree to release BB&R and SJC from liability for such weather-related damage, except to the extent required by applicable law.

If you do not accept the Weather Waiver, your order will be held in our temperature-controlled facility at no additional cost until weather conditions improve.
