2023 Berry Bros. & Rudd Mosel Riesling Kabinett by Selbach-Oster, Germany

The Mosel in Germany is world-renowned for its Rieslings. Grown on incredibly steep slopes, these are some of the finest and more age-worthy wines in the world. Our Own Selection Riesling is a fantastic example of the pure, expressive flavours that this region produces. Made for us by Selbach-Oster, from prestigious vineyards across the region, it has been created in an off-dry style, with a little residual sugar left in the wine.

Pair with spicy Indian and Thai dishes, or lightly fried tempura prawns and vegetables.
