2015 Nuits-St Georges, Aux Boudots, 1er Cru, Camille Giroud, Burgundy

While there is some reduction present it's more subtle as there are notes of earth and spice discernible. The gorgeously intense and vibrant medium weight plus flavors possess a succulent but muscular mouth feel while delivering superb length on the markedly firm finale. This is a big Boudots that is very clearly built-to-age and is going to need at least 15 years to arrive at its majority and 20 would not surprise me.
