2015 Champagne Bollinger, La Grande Année, Brut

Only a great year – or a “grand année” – will become a vintage at Champagne Bollinger. The 2015 was exclusively fermented in oak barrels, and was produced from grapes from fourteen crus, the majority of which were Grand Cru sites. The wine was aged in small old oak barrels. Small stone fruit aromas dominate the palate, interwoven with blackberry, cherry, vanilla and wood.
