Description

This was quite late to finish malolactic fermentation and accordingly the wine initially shows as quite creamy and soft, but the energy of the vintage illuminates the finish. It's from two parcels, Rue aux Vaches, above the village, and the other Noyers Bret, towards Chassagne.

From the Rue aux Vaches and Noyers Bret lieux-dits, another wine with a late malolactic fermentation. A little bit of green apple among the aromatics as a result. Very good vibrant fruit on the palate, dancing, good acidity, some mirabelle but also enough acidity to keep the wine fresh. Youthful but promising.
