Description

On the nose, there's something gloriously unruly going on here. Dried apricot, fig and chocolate sit alongside a funky, earthy depth. The palate is rich and restless. Baked apple, orange peel and juicy peach mingle with roasted nuts. That signature Jura oiliness glides through, now laced with raisin and orchard syrup. This is the result of one impertinent question, two like-minded producers and a winemaker generous enough to share his barrels. We are very glad he did.

Islands
